Built on clinical reference ranges.
Not generic advice.
Every analysis Oath produces is grounded in peer-reviewed clinical thresholds — calibrated by age, gender, and comorbidity. We don't tell everyone to take Vitamin D. We tell you, specifically, based on your number, what you need and exactly how much.
What your report
actually says.
This is a real sample output — the same format every Oath customer receives, built from their specific data.
Your value: 18 ng/mL · Optimal: 40–80 ng/mL · Reference: 30–100 ng/mL
Your Vitamin D3 of 18 ng/mL is below both the optimal range and the clinical reference minimum. Vitamin D3 is essential for calcium absorption, immune modulation, and mood regulation. At this level, fatigue, muscle weakness, and impaired immune function are common.
Your value: 142 pg/mL · Optimal: 400–900 pg/mL · Reference: 200–900 pg/mL
B12 at 142 pg/mL falls below the clinical reference minimum. B12 is critical for nerve function, red blood cell formation, and DNA synthesis. Deficiency is extremely prevalent in vegetarian and vegan diets.
Your value: 68 ng/mL · Optimal: 30–150 ng/mL · Reference: 12–150 ng/mL
Your ferritin is well within the optimal range — no action required. Ferritin reflects your body's iron stores. Supplementing iron when ferritin is optimal can cause harm. Oath will never recommend a supplement you don't need.
Only what your
blood says you need.
Every Oath supplement is formulated to match the dosages our AI recommends. No bundles. No subscriptions you didn't ask for. Every bottle labelled with your specific biomarker result.
Cholecalciferol — the most bioavailable form of Vitamin D. Formulated at the therapeutic dose our AI prescribes for moderate deficiency. Take with a fatty meal. FSSAI certified.
Active form methylcobalamin — significantly more bioavailable than cyanocobalamin. Sublingual delivery bypasses stomach acid for direct absorption. Prescribed for deficiency below 200 pg/mL.
Glycinate form — highest bioavailability of all magnesium compounds, with minimal GI side effects. Prescribed when serum magnesium falls below 0.75 mmol/L. Supports sleep and muscle function.
Gentle chelated iron — prescribed only when ferritin is below 12 ng/mL or haemoglobin is below reference. Bisglycinate form causes significantly less GI distress than ferrous sulphate.
High-potency fish oil prescribed when triglycerides exceed 150 mg/dL or total cholesterol exceeds 200 mg/dL. Molecularly distilled. Third-party tested for heavy metals and PCBs.
Prescribed when TSH is elevated (above 4.5 mIU/L) or when T3/T4 indicate suboptimal thyroid function. Selenium supports T4 to T3 conversion. Iodine supports thyroid hormone synthesis.
Results that show in the numbers.
I'd been tired for two years. Three doctors told me I was “fine.” Oath found my Vitamin D at 14 ng/mL and my B12 at 118. Within 60 days of taking the prescribed stack, the afternoon crashes stopped.
As a vegetarian, I knew B12 was a risk. But I'd been taking the wrong form for years — cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin. Oath caught this and the difference after switching was noticeable within a month.
I uploaded my annual checkup report expecting nothing new. Oath found borderline high triglycerides my doctor hadn't flagged, and recommended Omega-3 at a specific dose. Follow-up test confirmed the drop.
